1. Overview
This page explains how to remove your data from bikrighor: disconnecting a Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number, deleting data we hold, or closing your account. It is also the data deletion instruction page for our Meta app.
2. Disconnect a channel yourself
If you are a merchant, you can stop bikrighor from accessing a channel at any time:
- Sign in to your bikrighor dashboard.
- Open Settings → Inbox.
- Find the Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number and choose Disconnect.
When you disconnect:
- we delete the stored access token for that channel right away, so we can no longer read or send messages;
- we remove our webhook subscription at Meta once no other connected account on that Page or WhatsApp Business account needs it;
- existing conversations stay in your inbox as history until you ask us to delete them (see below), so you do not lose customer records by accident.
You can also revoke bikrighor’s access from the Meta side: in Facebook, go to Settings → Business integrations, or in Instagram go to Settings → Apps and websites, and remove bikrighor. We stop receiving data once you do.
3. Ask us to delete data
To delete conversation history, media, customer records or your whole account, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us:
- your store name or URL;
- what to delete: a specific channel’s conversations, specific customers, or the entire account;
- if you are a person who messaged a store, the Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp name or number you used and the store you contacted.
We confirm your identity, then complete the deletion and reply within 30 days. For a store account, only the owner can request deletion of the whole account.
4. What gets deleted
- Channel access tokens and connection records.
- Conversations, messages and attachments from the channels you name, including copies of media in our storage.
- Customer profiles, orders, and store content when you close the account.
- Backups roll off on our normal cycle after the live data is removed.
What we may keep. Invoices, tax and payment records that the law requires, security logs needed to investigate abuse, and records of the deletion request itself. We keep these only for as long as needed.
5. If you are a store’s customer
If you messaged or bought from a store that uses bikrighor, that store decides how your data is used. Ask the store to delete it. You may also email us at [email protected]; we will pass the request to the store and help it complete the deletion. Data on Meta’s own services is controlled by Meta; use its tools to remove it.
