Partner Policy

The Bikrighor Partner Program enables qualified individuals, agencies, content creators, and software integrators (“Partners”) to earn recurring commissions by introducing new paying merchants to the Bikrighor e-commerce platform.

By applying to or participating in the Partner Program, you agree to comply with this Partner Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Acceptable Use Policy. Bikrighor reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any Partner application or account at its sole discretion.

Partners represent the values and integrity of the Bikrighor brand. When promoting Bikrighor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, honest, and truthful descriptions of Bikrighor’s features, plans, and pricing.
• Clearly disclose your affiliate or partner relationship in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and advertising regulations.
• Never engage in unsolicited bulk messaging (SPAM), automated scraping, or deceptive cold outreach via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
• Never misrepresent yourself as an employee, official support representative, or legal entity of Bikrighor or Agilo IT.
• Never promise or guarantee sales volumes, revenue, or delivery success rates to prospective merchants on behalf of Bikrighor.

Referral tracking is conducted through your unique partner link or merchant attribution code. Commissions are earned as follows:

• Qualifying Subscriptions: Commissions apply to qualifying, active paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth Pro, Business Scale) successfully billed and paid by referred merchants.
• Commission Rate: Partners earn up to 20% recurring commission on active monthly or annual subscription fees for the first 12 months of the referred merchant’s active tenure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Attribution Window: Cookies and attribution tracking are active for 60 days following the user’s initial visit through your partner link.
• Payout Schedule: Commissions are tallied on a monthly basis and disbursed on the 15th of each month following a 30-day clearing period to account for chargebacks and refunds. Minimum payout threshold is ৳2,000 BDT via bKash, Nagad, or direct bank transfer in Bangladesh.

Self-referrals (signing up your own store using your partner link) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of earned commissions. If a referred merchant requests a refund under our Refund Policy or a payment is reversed due to fraud or dispute, any attributed commissions will be clawed back or deducted from future disbursements.

Partners are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use official Bikrighor partner badges and promotional graphics provided inside the partner dashboard. You may not:

• Bid on Bikrighor trademarks, misspellings, or variations (e.g. “bikrighor”, “bikri ghor”, “বিক্রিঘর”) on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other search engine marketing platforms.
• Register domain names, social media handles, or mobile apps incorporating “bikrighor” or confusingly similar marks.
• Alter, modify, or warp the official Bikrighor logo without prior written consent.

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with 7 days’ written notice. Accounts with no referral activity for 180 consecutive days may be marked inactive. Bikrighor reserves the right to update this Partner Policy periodically; continuing in the program after notice constitutes agreement to the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Khulna, Bangladesh.
